When we opened the House on the Elbe, we hoped it would become a real room for AI founders. It has — faster and fuller than we planned. Now we're putting real resources behind it, and introducing a House membership.
Something worked here. The community lunches, the meetups, the people who keep showing up — the room has become exactly what we hoped for, and it's happened faster than we expected.
It's also more work than the two of us can carry on the side. Keeping the House at the standard you've come to expect — the space, the events, the community — now takes more than goodwill and a few meetings.
So we're making it official. We want to bring in a dedicated community manager, invest in upgrades around the House, and keep the room running at full strength. To fund that properly, we're introducing a House membership.
We've found two amazing and experienced community builders who are joining us part-time from 1 August onwards!
Your membership keeps the House staffed, maintained, and running the way it does today — with someone whose actual job is to make it better every week. Nothing about the room changes except that it gets looked after properly.
This first membership round is invitation-only, capped at 40 founders. Tell us a little about you and what you're building, and we'll confirm your seat by email.

Once your seat is confirmed, authorise House of AI to collect your monthly membership fee by SEPA Direct Debit. This is a legally valid electronic mandate — no wet signature required.
